Yes. Suggested tour times are Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 5:00 pm.

Should I bring my own food for boarding?

Yes. For the health of our resort guests, we have changed our policy on providing food. The Pet Spot (TPS) strongly recommends all customers bring their own food from home to keep their pet’s diet consistent. TPS management made this new policy because a change in diet may cause digestive difficulties, upset stomach and allergic reactions. We do recommend splitting each individual meal by portion in separate zip lock bags.

Yes, you may bring your dog’s bed or blanket for boarding as long as it is machine washable.

Your dog will go outside 3 times a day: morning, noon, and night. We have options for additional relief breaks and playtimes as well.

Do you administer medications?

We administer any oral or topical medications according to your veterinarian's instructions. We do not do injections.

I have two dogs boarding together. Will you feed them separately?

Yes, we will feed your dogs separately according to your instructions

If veterinary attention is required we will use one of our partnering veterinary offices. This will be determined at our discretion based on the seriousness of the issue, proximity of your veterinarian, and appointment availability. The Pet Spot does not have a veterinarian on staff.
